前Vivian Girls的成員Frankie Rose重新出發後找來自Crystal Stilts、Dum Dum Girls的成員所另組成一支全女班Indie/Lo-Fi樂隊Frankie Rose & the Outs。Candy是取自首張同名專輯內的最新單曲，Frankie Rose & the Outs的首張同名專輯也訂於9/21發行。
