沒想到這週RA. Mix竟是倫敦Grime/Bass製作Beneath，而不是準備於這星期發行首張專輯Singal的另一Grime/Bass製作Wen，這大概與Wen的整張專輯還在RA上串流試聽有關，不過說到Beneath準備在去年頗紅廠牌Pan下發表的EP怎麼延期發行了呢？

這個週末活動也挺多的，但單從音樂類型來選擇的話，本週六（10/26）晚上在Pipe有Morphosis / Objekt / A-Dao的這場活動，特別是來自柏林的Objekt，在Dubstep後期由Hessle Audio的Ben UFO/Pearson Sound他們開始在Rinse FM的節目裡不時放送當時才剛自行首發的Objekt #1，而讓他開始在英國的Underground Club Music圈裡受到矚目，而開始在這波Bass Music運動中佔有一席之地。

RA特大級強風來襲！ 請做好強音波準備！
與DJ Mag齊名，另翼電子音樂專業入口網站Resident Advisor，將在十月二十六，假台北水管音樂餐廳（PIPE），以RA Horizons的名義為大家呈現 Morphosis 與 Objekt 。 這場由RA所主辦的RA Horizons系列派對，緊接在東京之後，是RA今年在全球的第二場跨國活動。演出包括東京場的Morphine Records 首腦 - Morphosis ，以及來自柏林的 Objekt ，另外還有我們熟知的“有種唱片”店主- A-Dao，等三名dj同台競演。
Morphosis
在電音界中，Morphosis是個怪咖；不同於一般打安全牌的DJ，他有種在現場演出中將dark wave、krautrock、techno和一切冠上「後」字頭的冷僻曲風用合成器全部兜在一塊，而且故事還說得相當漂亮。至於他的個人廠牌Morphine也不遑多讓，專門發行一些讓人完全無法預料的音樂。另外，Morphosis個人也釋出多張remix與LP作品，張張皆展現出深厚的音樂製作實力，尤其是2011年所發行的專輯《 What We Have Learned》更是為人所頌揚。今年七月於[Honest Jon's]廠牌推出2x12''單曲新作《Dismantle》利用純粹電子的藝術，帶來一波波的迷幻經歷。另外Morphosis 也替實驗電子音樂家TM404 的作品利用多臺類比合成器進行一段充滿太空虛渺感，取名為《 The Morphosis Korg Response 》的混音版本。
不論是錄音室中的製作功力或舞廳裡的實戰演出，這位來自黎巴嫩的音樂人的表現皆完美無法挑剔，當然著名現場實況頻道Boiler Room 更邀請他在今年帶來兩次融貫各類扭曲抽象的極簡聲響，甚至長達三小時的現場演出，可見我們相信他絕對是電音界中百年難得一見的奇葩。
Objekt
聆聽Objekt的音樂油然感受那股混合不安定帶著驚心動魄的氣氛，其後隱藏極為細膩獨到特有的律動感。巧妙平衡運用了過去老派的經典價值與開發出具有前瞻性思維的未來聲響格式，繪製出融合 Dubstep/UK Garage /Techno 等重低音節拍特性。如當時在2011年驚人初生之作「 Objekt #1」EP 便大舉獲得各家評鑑的高度讚賞 ! 而自家廠牌Objekt僅只發行兩張單曲卻也讓他迅速成為英倫舞曲陣中最熱切關注的新星之列，隨後與臉帶部落面具的神秘怪客 SBTRKT合作混製「Sbjekt#01」單曲，選自SBTRKT首張同名專輯內的「Wildfire 」這首氣勢旺盛的猛烈野火，已為當時最佳舞池焦點曲目。當然風格總是挑戰前衛性的Radiohead便立刻找上Objekt 為其當時的新專輯「The King Of Limbs」第一首歌曲「Bloom」製作混音版本，可見Objekt 倍受肯定的創作功力。
這次由 Resident Advisor 電子音樂網站所企劃的Horizons全球巡迴派對台北站將邀請Objekt 這位遊走Dubstep與Techno節拍之間的才子，以變幻莫測的靈巧手法 ，帶來出色令人激賞的舞池魅力。

本名Jack Revill的Jackmaster（Numbers）與Oneman（502）和Ben UFO（Hessle Audio）都同在Rinse FM主持也都各自經營著自己的廠牌但他們都不是Producer，回顧2011他們三人的確是主導著整個英國跳舞音樂圈將Dubstep轉變成Bass Music的重要推手之一，其中的Jackmaster在今年五月份交由Fabric發行的Fabriclive系列更是獲得了Bleep.com 2011年最佳合輯第一的殊榮，在這個重要時刻Resident Advisor也趁勝追擊邀請到Jackmaster為RA Podcast系列錄製了一段1小時40分的精彩Mix，透過Jackmaster的這段RA mix除了是可回顧他這一年外更是預先告知2012年英國跳舞音樂圈的走向。
