很久沒有來Factmix一下，這回本週他們找了南倫敦Post-dubstep、4/4 House、UK Garage團體Dark Sky，Dark錄了一小段近40分鐘的Mixset，當中也收錄了他們最近替Kelis作嫁的高知名混音單曲Brave (Dark Sky Remix)。

早前曾收錄於法國店鋪colette在今年五月份發行的colette No. 10合輯內一首FaltyDL交由Jamie xx（Jamie Smith of The xx）混音的Hip Love，已準備與Hip Love原曲一同交由Ramp Recordings作12“發行，此混音版本自己當然早已透過好友B君的協助下私藏許久。

Young Turk的53號發行Creep - Days，在看了Creep的照片才發現Lauren Flax是成員其一（在Drop The Lime、Fischerspooner、HeartsRevolution、Telepathe、Turboweekend的單曲裡都聽的到她混音的痕跡，也曾和Sia合作過一首單曲You've Changed），在與Lauren Dillard一起弄的duo團體Creep（在單曲封面可以看到團名奇怪的字體）是個玩Witch House的新單位，單曲Days也特別情商了The xx的Romy Madley-Croft來獻聲，另外在12"裡也收錄了有Deadboy（my fav producer/dj of the 2010）以及Azari & III的混音在內。

其實應該要猜到今早凌晨的Boiler Room＃35 Numbers. Takeover的Special Guest會是Jamie xx才對，畢竟Jamie現在與Number.的關係密切，總之我是錯過了。
上面片段來自早晨Jamie xx在Boiler Room＃35 DJ Set最後所放的曲目也是Jamie xx混音自Adele的最新單曲Rolling In The Deep。

原來是XL要在2011年2月再替Gil Scott-Heron的I'm New Here發行混音專輯，而整張專輯的混音曲製作全都交由Jamie xx（Jamie Smith/The xx）來進行，這也就解除我之前在想說為什麼Jamie xx在他的DJ Set中都會放上不同的Gil Scott-Heron由Jamie xx混音曲目的疑惑。
Video裡的NY Is Killing Me（Jamie xx Remix）作為Gil Scott-Heron X Jamie xx的混音專輯We're New Here的首支單曲，現可透過We're New Here的官網和Boomkat同時在線上購買到數位版本，另外We're New Here的實體專輯MP3、CD、Vinly Box Set也已經開放預購。

We Have Signal is APT’s new live episodic music program filmed exclusively at the BottleTree Café in Birmingham, AL. The series features new and innovative bands from around the state, the country and even the world. A new episode of We Have Signal airs weekly at 10PM on Thursday nights, followed by encore presentation of the previous week’s episode at 10:30. Each week’s new episode also airs at 11PM on Sunday evening.

聽完Jackmaster的Fake x Tenisufki mix，就順便Youtube了一下Jackmaster的動態，看到了他在上星期Ustream Live裡的片段（因為Live當時已凌晨近四點多所以自己也就錯過），在這6分半的片段當中Jackmaster放的是Jamie Smith（The xx）混音自Gil Scott-Heron的New York Is Killing Me這首單曲，要命的是這單曲還需等待至2011年XL Recordings才會發行。

來自加州的West Coast Electronic華裔小將Nosaj Thing，即將在下月初由Alpha Pup廠牌將他09年發行的首張專輯Drift集結Dntel, Teebs, Jon Hopkins以及Jamie Smith（The xx）等眾多好友的重製混音發行Drift Remixed專輯，其中一首Fog率先由Pitchfork釋出由Jamie xx進行混音的版本已開放下載試聽，相信這依然會是張值得等待的年度混音專輯。

透過ustream看了Jamie xx的DJ，他在最後快結束時放了他們The xx自己的歌Crystalised，因為是我沒聽過的版本，所以馬上找了一下很快的也就找到，Dark Sky來自倫敦的Dubstep producer/dj所帶來的新混音，非常好聽連Jamie xx自己都放了，那應該是會有機會發行吧。

收錄在The xx新單曲Island Remixes五首混音中除了Nosaj Thing和FaltyDL已先行曝光外，剩下就屬Hemlock Recordings主事者Untold的版本是自己也相當期待的另一首，除了製作The xx的混音單曲外Untold近期和Cooly G也都出現在Pop歌手Ke$ha的一曲Tik Tok單曲混音內，原曲可以不聽但Untold和Cooly G的版本可不能錯過。
