不敢說自己對於James Blake很瞭解，但從09年接觸他的音樂至今可以發現到幾乎沒有人把他的音樂作品製作出混音版本（亂七八糟的不算），事實上JB的音樂根本沒人想破壞它，所以對於日前的Mash-Up事件自己是覺得很恐怖，而上方音源這段翻玩Digital Mystikz（Mala）06年的單曲Anti-War Dub先前也曾po過，但這次的Live錄音是非常完整且完美的非常值得ㄧ聽。

關於翻唱Joni Mitchell的A Case Of You的這件事其實也還好，在這次的Interview裡比較重要的是James Blake透露了專輯內即將取出作單曲發行的The Wilhelm Scream原曲其實是來自於他從小聽他父親製作的一首單曲Where To Turn並收錄在James Litherland發行於2006年4th Estate專輯內，
James Blake剛透過Twitter發出訊息說James Litherland就是他老爸。

UK Post-Dubstep Producer/DJ James Blake才沒多久前在R&S發行了單曲Klavierwerke EP，但現在大家全都在關注他即將在明年發行的首專輯，其中將會收錄在內的一首翻唱自加拿大女唱作人Feist的Limit To Your Love也已拍攝好影像可看，James Blake可說是後勢看漲。

接近十月，在這個月份目前看來除了Magnetic Man的首張S/T專輯是Big Issue外，當然Hyperdub於同月出品的Darkstar首張專輯North也等同重要，稍早曝光的新單曲Gold是Darkstar翻玩自The Human League於1982年發行的單曲Mirror Man內的Bside "You Remind Me of Gold" 此曲也將收錄於首張專輯North內，預計11月抽出另作單曲發行。
奇怪！Darkstar何時變為trio組合了？Whatever。

在Video裡翻唱Nirvana單曲Come As You Are的Girl Crisis，是由Au Revoir Simone其中兩位成員Annie Hart和Erika Spring-Forster以及Chairlift的Caroline Polachek和其他幾位女生另起的side-project，好像還沒有什麼官方的網站可供查詢相關資料，唯一的管道就只有前往她們的Youtube。

收錄在Fever Ray的Triangle Walks 12"裡的另一首混音來自倫敦兩人單位Allez-Allez，這單位也許有些陌生，但如果有聽過他們最近的混音作品Heartbreak的Soul Transplant和倫敦唱作人Banjo Or Freakout的Mr No應該會給於Allez-Allez這組合不錯的評價。

Little Boots x Your Twenties Cover Blur

剛好看到了這段Little Boots自拍翻唱Blur收錄在1994年Parklife專輯裡的To The End Video，讓我想起上月中旬Your Twenties也翻唱了Blur收錄在1993年的Modern Life Is Rubbish這專輯裡的Blue Jeans可一起聽聽，但對於Blur的重組自己是沒有什麼感覺，期待Your Twenties還比他們來的有趣。

其實一直沒去注意到Kitsuné旗下倫敦dou樂隊autoKratz在去年秋天所發行的那張收錄之前4張12"單曲Reaktor / It's On、1000 Things / Last Shows、Pardon Garçon / French Girls Play Guitar以及Stay The Same / Just Keep Walking的Down & Out In Paris & London原來只是張Mini專輯，也難怪我聽的不是很開心但也還好我沒買，而在昨天autoKratz宣佈在6月22號將會發行他們的首張專輯Animal（日本則是搶先在6月1號發行），看了收錄在首專輯Animal內的11首曲目只有Stay the Same和Last Show是舊有的曲目，而下一張單曲則是選擇了這張專輯的第一首歌Always More來做發行，也將收錄Shadow Dancer和Yuksek兩人所帶來的混音版本（Yuksek的混音也同時收錄在即將發行的Kitsuné Maison 7廠牌合輯內）；最近autoKratz除了在80kidz的專輯This Is My Shit一曲She裡面獻聲外，他們也翻唱了Primal Scream在2000年發行的專輯XTRMNTR裡面的一曲Swastika Eyes，當年此首單曲則是有The Chemical Brothers和David Holmes的混音加持；現在Dance Floor裡又將多了首經典歌曲復刻版可聽。
