THIS IS HAND這組來自瑞典的四人樂隊，前幾天受邀在當地April77店鋪裡表演，會不會是April77 Records新簽的樂隊，感覺上April77應該會在明年替他們發行一張單曲吧，影片裡是THIS IS HAND在April77店內演奏（唱）的0005應該是新歌，在樂隊MySpace裡則可以聽到0002、0003，而新作0006聽說正在錄製中。

James Yuill將於Moshi Moshi發行取自專輯Turning Down Water For Air內的新單曲This Sweet Love，將會收錄由比利時Producer dou Ruff & Jam的混音，在Ruff & Jam的MySpace裡還有他們替Sia、Au Revoir Simone所製作的混音片段可試聽，另外於日前出現的Prins Thomas混音版本則不確定有無收錄在其內。

在上個月底因為有消息指出Erol Alkan將為一組玩Nu Disco的女女duo Fan Death製作混音，而讓一些知名mp3 Blog爭相討論起Fan Death，自己也是會挑Fan Death的歌在地下社會放，只不過通常都是選擇剛到人少的時後放，而Veronica's Veil這首交由Erol Alkan混音的12"將會在Erol Alkan的廠牌Phantasy Records裡發行。

澳洲雪梨的Nick Littlemore除了身為PNAU（w/ Peter Mayes）、Teenager (w/ Pip Brown a.k.a Ladyhawke)的成員外，最近又和The Sleepy Jackson的Luke Steele一起弄了個Pop duo組合Empire Of The Sun，首支單曲Walking On A Dream才剛剛推出後，很快的在10月份專輯就會交由EMI來發行，這一波澳洲風應該還會持續到年底。

David Holmes這位來自Northern Ireland的DJ/電影配樂大師，剛發行新專輯The Holy PicturesI，不過在幾天前先獨立抽取出了I Heard Wonder來作為單曲發行，並收錄了由Andrew Weatherall (Two Lone Swordsmen)和Flykkiller來打造的混音版本，I Heard Wonder這首歌就獻給喜歡Jesus and Mary Chain和Primal Scream的粉絲們，專輯The Holy PicturesI應該是環球發行，但可以先上MySpace試聽到整張專輯。

06年底發行專輯Disco Romance的Sally Shapiro，在當時這張專輯Disco Romance還有被一些知名雜誌選為年度專輯裡，但Italo-Disco這類型的音樂並沒有被炒起來，就在幾個月前Plan B還專欄介紹了Italians Do It Better這個玩Italo-Disco的廠牌，介紹了旗下Glass Candy、Chromatics還有忘了誰（自己去買來看或是去大強那裡翻閱），Italo-Disco這已經要開始風靡的音樂，怎麼可以不去聽，不知到要如何下手，可以去聽看看Hercules And Love Affair（DFA）或是來下載UK Italian Pop團Heartbreak剛在9月初替RA錄製的Podcast來體驗一下。

James Yuill這個UK玩Folktronica的人，雖然他的專輯Turning Down Water For Air早在07年2月就已經發行了，但因為近期Moshi Moshi將會重發這張專輯，所以現在才有機會聽到James Yuill的音樂，Turning Down Water For Air這張專輯非常有早期德國morr music廠牌的風味，也因為近一兩年來morr好像都沒有什麼令人值得注意的東西，所以喜愛Indietronica和Folktronica的人，倒是可以來聽聽James Yuill的音樂；但要是把他歸類為Folktronica的一派好像又怪怪的，因為昨晚看到了James Yuill為Discobelle錄製了30分鐘的Mixtape，在曲目方面又都跟Folktronica沒有關係，只能說他太棒了。

來自紐約布魯克林的In Flagranti這duo組合將在本月份於Kitsuné發行的12" Business Acumen，其B-side將會收錄Holy Ghost!的翻玩版本和You Love Her Coz Shes Dead的混音版本；還有可能是因為早在Gildas & Masaya 'Paris'裡面已經收錄過此曲了，所以在10月要發行的Kitsuné Maison 6裡並沒有再將In Flagranti選入合輯內，但是You Love Her Coz Shes Dead這UK 8-bit duo卻可以特別受到Gildas和Masaya的青睞，相繼在Paris和Kitsuné Maison 6裡出現，之後等到11月再幫他們發行一張12" Inner City，看來這團真的要好好留意一下，那入手一件You Love Her Coz Shes Dead的T-Shirt應該是必要的。

在聽著Crystal Castles最近混音的UK Post Punk新團White Lies將在9/22發行的單曲Death時，想到了7" B-side裡收錄了Haunts這UK New Wave團的混音版本，就想找來聽聽看，發現因為是新團還沒有什麼名氣，也就找不到有人丟出他們混音的版本，不過倒是在Haunts另一個專放他們Mix 的MySpace上聽到了Into The Galaxy這Midnight Juggernauts由他們混音的版本，在Player上還放有The Enemy、Late of the Pier、Athlete和The Music的Haunts混音版，歌全都可直接下載，接下來就等著他們更新播放器，放上White Lies、Hadouken! & CSS的混音了。
