FACT mix 321: New York Transit Authority

不是來自於大蘋果紐約的New York Transit Authority，而是來自於布里斯托Dubstep Producer/DJ Mensah的Bass Music單位化名，下星期（3/26）他將以Dubstep的名字透過Mala的個人廠牌發行新作The Gambia，而這週FACT卻推出以N.Y.T.A名義發表Mix，主要還是宣傳Mensah將參與Redlight所主導的Bass Music廠牌Lobster Boy在本週五XOYO上的Party。

本週FACT Mix系列的主角是來自南倫敦深受90中期Garage和Hip Hop音樂影響的Bob Bhamra所啓發成立West Norwood Cassette Library這個年輕的廠牌，同時Bob Bhamra也使用West Norwood Cassette Library的名稱作為化名製作與混音，在這段Mixset中West Norwood Cassette Library所使用上的曲目基本上都來自於他廠牌的發行或是曾發行於廠牌的Producer/DJ的新作，想要瞭解2012 UK跳舞音樂的走向，聽聽這段Mix會是個非常很好的指引。

上星期五Numbers廠牌發表今天將重新發行了Acid House先鋒DJ Pierre在1987年發行的單曲Mystery Girl (Set Me Free)（新版本內收錄有Seiji的Bassrub版本），哪有這麼剛好FACT就在今天也推出由DJ Pierre的FACT Mix 272，這應該不是巧合。

本週五的FACT Mix獻給我們的是EP Close剛發行於Greco-Roman廠牌並將要搬去布里斯托的2-Step、Bass Producer/DJ Hakcman，年約22歲的Hackman其實在這圈子（Dubstep、UK Garage、UK Funky、Bass）也不算是新人，自己在09年接觸這些音樂時就也很享受Hackman的節奏，還未開始試聽但想信這個FACT Mix所帶來的輕快節拍是可以對抗這炎熱的天氣。
