聽聞Thom Yorke打碟都是出沒在加州的Low End Theory這個Gaslamp Killer、Flying Lotus等人常駐紮放歌的基地，而昨晚的Boiler Room讓我們拉近與Thom Yorke的距離透過網路在電腦前面也能親眼瞧瞧T.Y的DJ實況，想知道Thom Yorke的音樂品味除了在Radiohead的官方網站上每月公佈的喜愛歌單外，聽他放歌選曲也是方法之一。

Although TOMODACHI is a brand new DJ Duo from Taiwan,
but actually these two guys - F Dragon and Spykee Fat -
have already dj for several years seperately in Taipei.
Now they get together and use 3 CDJs & 2 mixers on decks,
including electro, techno, house and rock stuff,
they just mash all them up and it does sound pretty cool.

Late of the Pier這支跟Klaxons算是同期的樂隊，近日也簽到Parlophone裡，首專輯大概也會在不久的今年面世，不過在期待專輯之前，倒是可以先來聽聽LOTP將在本月發行的新單曲The Bears Are Coming由Metronomy、tapedeck和Partyshank這三個同是大不列顛同鄉所炮製的舞曲版本。

上一篇提到Lou的新Project The New Sins外，其實她在倫敦也是位DJ並和她的服裝設計師好友Nova Dando共組了個名為LOU&NOVA的單位，偶而現身在時裝秀或是英國當地雜誌所舉辦的派對裡，放上Post-Punk的歌曲、經典復古Disco舞曲與流行音樂等...不彷先到LOU&NOVA的網站裡下載她們早前錄製的一張Mixtape。

由So Me執導Justice - D.A.N.C.E勇奪MTV Europe Music Awards 07的Video Star大賞，所以再度放上Video一同慶祝。
另外在11月裡可以發現很多Daft Punk的蹤跡，先是Alive 2007的發行（個人是比較期待DVD的部份，因音檔方面現已洩出）後有在金馬影展上的Daft Punk's Electroma這部堪稱是Daft Punk的另類傳記電影。Daft Rules~

剛從MISSINGTOOF那看到這一段Justice上美國ABC電視台Jimmy Kimmel Live!宣傳專輯的影片，一開始Justice這兩人轉動收音機（就類似D.A.N.C.E mv開頭的樣子），接下來鏡頭轉到舞台上由幾位模仿Michael Jackson、Prince、Rod Stewart、Rick James...等表演者隨D.A.N.C.E的音樂唱唱跳跳，還蠻有趣的。

pic:TheCobraSnakes來自多倫多的8-bit terror duo Crystal Castles也是New Rave/Electro Disco這風潮中的一組元老級的團體，同期中的Klaxons、Shitdisco、Digitalism、Justice都已發行了專輯，The Teenagers的首專輯則正在錄製中，反倒Crystal Castles雖然也一樣持續在巡迴或替人作嫁Mix外，但並無傳聞他們著手於專輯的消息，就連myspace上也有一陣子沒放上新歌了，不過沒關係日前在Pitchfork上看到有個DJ Howlermonkey集結了Crystal Castles的單曲和Remix做了個33分鐘的Mixtape。
